Job Title: Senior Dealer Location: Limassol, Cyprus Industry: Forex (Regulated) Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Our Limassol office is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dealer to join our dynamic Dealing Room.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the company’s trading platforms and systems, ensuring accurate execution of trades and smooth operation of liquidity and pricing.
Execute clients’ transactions in FX, commodities, indices, and other instruments.
Oversee risk exposure, conduct hedging activities, and manage liquidity and P&L in real-time.
Ensure all trading operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Liaise with liquidity providers, bridge providers, and other trading counterparties.
Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, and IT departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify and report any trading anomalies or irregularities.
Develop and implement trading strategies to manage risk and increase profitability.
Provide support and mentoring to junior dealers and help optimize the team's performance.
Generate and analyze reports related to trading activity, exposure, and market behavior.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dealer in the Forex industry, with a focus on regulated environments.
University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), and bridge technology.
Solid experience in risk management, exposure monitoring, and liquidity handling.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an advantage.
CySEC certification is highly preferred.
